Boeing estimates that over 790,000 pilots will be needed in the next 20 years.*  The numbers are similar for aviation mechanics, controllers, and managers.  When we say the "sky is the limit", we actually mean it!  There has never been a better time to experience the options and opportunities available to you in aviation.

Students accepted into the Air and Space Academy will have the opportunity to choose from three academic pathways leading to career opportunities in the field of aviation.  Academy students will be members of a learning community who share common core classes taught through the lens of aviation.   Acceptance to this program will provide students the opportunity to earn several college credits prior to graduation through Dual Enrollment with partner institutions. Academy Students can be involved in activities and organizations associated with flight. They will have access to local, regional, and national organizations that can provide real-life knowledge and experiences to prepare students for the challenging and rewarding experience of a career in aviation.
